Well, what about the team?


The Interactive IT department forms part of the wider Technology division at Bally's Interactive. It comprises multiple business areas such as Enterprise IT, Service Delivery, Production Engineering, Data Operations, CyberSecurity, and IT Governance. Our IT teams handle requests from across the world, such as onboarding employees to maximise their work productivity and collaboration needs, implementing and operating infrastructure solutions for our gambling platforms, and overseeing organisation-wide security processes, ensuring good governance throughout.


We pride ourselves in being a high-performing team, quick to adapt, keen to learn about new technologies, all with a strong sense of community and effective teamwork.


So, what will you be doing?


  • Recording, monitoring, updating and responding to support requests in a timely manner
  • Overseeing and maintaining AV and video conferencing systems
  • Supporting Windows 10 and Mac OS devices, connected to the corporate network
  • Maintaining records of hardware inventory and managing device life cycle
  • Owning each call to completion or by reassigning it to other areas of the department
  • Providing onsite technical support for the New Jersey office and remote support for other office locations
  • Assisting end users with issues related to Microsoft 365 services including Teams and Exchange


And what are we looking for?


  • Experience with remote User Support and Remote access technologies
  • Experience with a help desk system and understanding the escalation process
  • Able to work flexible hours and attend occasional remote meetings in European time zone
  • Possess basic Network knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, written and verbal
