Senior IT Support Analyst


WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?


As a senior IT Support Analyst, you would primarily partner across different teams under Wealth Management to provide technical and functional support to the business. Your focus would be in providing incident management to the production issues along with project deployments and maintenance. Additionally, your responsibilities will include triaging the issue in various environments, providing effective ideas to better improve the maintenance process. You will be responsible for maintaining the support artifacts at confluence. You will be leading the team in front of business towards weekly status calls.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?


Provide production support services to Digital Support team on application reported issues.


  • Keep track of all maintenance related activity like Cert Update, Patches, Currency Update, and Technical Debt.
  • Lead triaging, investigation, analysis of application technical and operational issues.
  • Lead small projects within maintenance from start to end using Agile Technology.
  • Provide on-call afterhours support on rotational basis.
  • Work together with Project Managers, App Dev, QE and other vendors to meet project objectives.
  • Effective communicate and build good rapport with team members, stake holders and other groups.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?


Must have:


  • You should be able to work independently
  • Excellent problem solving skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills
  • Availability to support applications outside of business hours in case of issues and deployments
  • You must have more than 5 years of experience in maintenance and support project
  • SQL 2014, 2016, OpenShift v4.3, 4.4,Jira, GitHub, ITSM/Service Now, Mongo DB 4.x, 5.x,Linux, Windows, IIS v8.x, 9.x, Azure


Nice-to-have


  • Cloud tools exposure will be a big plus in this role
  • Exposure to DevOps automation
  • Prior experience of supporting Apps on Digital Platform
  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across teams and businesses
