Job Overview

• Rollout technology solutions
• Adhering to software development best practices, coding standards, and organizational policies to ensure consistency and maintainability of code
• Provide training for customers
• Participating in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure that software meets business requirements and user expectations.
• Identifying and recommending tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve the development process and software performance
• Lead/support technology initiatives,
• Building power bi dashboards
• Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to developers to ensure quality and maintainability of code
• Writing technical reports and manuals
• Building reports
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Managing Azure DevOps Boards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that software components integrate seamlessly with other systems and applications
• Preparing technical presentations
• Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and training to less experienced developers and other team members
• Debugging and troubleshooting code to identify and resolve issues and defects
• Documenting software features and functionality through technical specifications, user manuals, and other documentation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in markup and styling languages such as HTML and CSS
• A bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5-10+ years minimum) in software development, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and testing frameworks
• 8+ years minimum of relevant work experience.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Products such as Azure DevOps, Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power Automate
• Certifications in relevant technologies and software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, DevOps, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Experience with different software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
