Senior Member Technical Staff Jobs

Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications

Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and training to less experienced developers and other team members

Participating in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure that software meets business requirements and user expectations.

8+ years minimum of relevant work experience.

Extensive experience (5-10+ years minimum) in software development, with a track record of successful project delivery

Certifications in relevant technologies and software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, DevOps, etc.)

Enhance and develop infrastructure for data management, pipeline orchestration, and MLOps, while avoiding premature optimization

You have more than 2 years of experience working on a software or machine learning engineering team

You have experience building data pipelines and ETL processes for large-scale datasets

You have experience working with unstructured and/or human-annotated data (e.g., collecting or assessing sample quality).

You have experience with ML frameworks such as Tensorflow, TF-Serving, JAX, and XLA/MLIR

You have strong communication and problem-solving skills, preferring the right tool for the job even if it’s outside your wheelhouse

Protocol knowledge and experience in PCI-Express will be an asset

RTL Design - Experience in RTL Design using System Verilog, Verilog is required.

Experience with Formal Verification a plus.

Working knowledge of design and verification tools such as Synopsys Design Compiler, Cadence Incisive, waveform viewers, and other similar tools.

Scripting and programming skills using csh, bash, perl, python, tcl, etc.

Knowledge of AHB/AXI bus protocols is desired.

Experience in Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management (e.g., Terraform and Chef)
