As IT Operations Engineer, you will provide key support to VerticalScope employees throughout their journey here - from onboarding, account setup and management, to supporting their endpoint equipment - ensuring that everyone has a positive IT experience in the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-focused public company with a startup mentality.WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide the best IT experience possible to overall VerticalScope teamIntroduce and execute on new, modern solutions to maintain, deploy, and administer a diverse fleet of employee hardware and devices across the globeMaintain the health of the corporate infrastructure, ensuring all the systems that power the business are managed effectively and appropriatelyActively maintain and develop crucial internal tools and services including Google Workspace Enterprise, Cloud Identity, Kandji MDM, and Apple Business ManagerBuild automation processes around endpoint management to maintain, update, and track all IT endpointsCollaborate on projects to improve, expand, and automate the capabilities of the IT Operations team, addressing key new business challenges such as supporting a fully hybrid workforceAssist in managing our hardware and software inventory, potentially automating this process as necessaryProvide timely, clear, and effective support to end users on a daily basisOther related responsibilities and ad hoc projects as negotiated and needed to meet the ongoing needs of the companyABOUT YOU2+ years of experience in IT operations engineering or related roleExpert level experience in managing assets within a mixed-OS environment with a diverse fleet of mobile assetsKnowledge of security fundamentals and best practicesExperience supporting a diverse team of end-users across the globalProficient in administering PC and Apple hardwareProven ability to work autonomouslyUndergraduate degree or technical certificate in Computer Science or related fieldYOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ALSO HAVEHands-on experience administering Google Workspace Enterprise / Cloud IdentityExperience managing MacOS endpoints with Apple Business Manager & Kandji MDMKnowledge of Kanban and/or JiraLIFE AT VERTICALSCOPEWe believe that competitive benefits are an important investment in our people and culture.
