Billing And Systems Analyst (Hybrid Role)

The Billing Systems Analyst role will be supporting our Finance Department and will be reporting to the Manager, Finance at TELUS Health.
Responsibilities:

• This would include creating documentation and training on new processes to ensure the error doesn’t repeat.
• Gather data to complete all steps related to terminations from the prior month’s transactions where the end date was updated in Workday.
• Create master data for Billing contacts and locations, but as a member of the Billing team, you will then update the Workday contract with the master data you just created
• Monitor and maintain the current status of two shared mailboxes.
• Prepare Symphoni change report updates for Canada and US retainer.
• Conduct Full scope MSH billing – retainer (advance and arrears), FFS, terminations, and new business.
• The above responsibilities are for existing business contracts and customers.
• Review, understand and eliminate any Billing errors caused by the Billing team.

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Ability to prioritize based on organizational needs
• Introductory knowledge of cloud ERP such as Workday or SAP, an asset
• Commitment to privacy and ethical conduct
• Billing experience in the service industry is an asset
• Demonstrated commitment to team success
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite
