Reporting Analyst –

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst who can provide overall support to the Analytics team and partners with all lines of business in creating robust reporting application and data products. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in custom report writing with knowledge of SQL, VBA or other scripting languages such as Python or DAX. The candidate should also have project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability be a supportive team player.

Responsibilities:

• Work on data analytics projects that include data cleansing and process improvement for future data integrity.
• Develop and maintain reporting applications using VBA, SQL, DAX and Python.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all reporting applications.
• Participate in the development of new reporting applications.
• Maintenance on data set within ERP software to improve data integrity
• Work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve business performance.
• Assist with the data warehouse architecture that supports the business analysis and reporting needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience with visualization tools, Power BI, Tableau
• A positive & supportive customer service and team focused approach.
• Strong Knowledge of SQL, VBA , DAX or Python.
• Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task.
• Record of delivering business/technology re-engineering initiatives.
• Post secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Ability to establish priorities and set goals.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in custom report writing
