Reporting to the Vice President Business Partnerships and Labour Relations, the Senior Manager, HR Analytics, Reporting and Workforce Planning will be responsible to build, lead and manage the evolution and integration of a people data and insights, business intelligence program that delivers robust reporting and data analytics that empowers strategic decision making by using data to proactively identify trends. The role oversees the implementation of standard and specialized reporting, analytics and data services for HR and other cross-functional enterprise functions, providing support and expertise to the entire organization. The role will be relied upon to design standards and controls for the key data governance process and the central HR data library to ensure a common currency for Business Intelligence for those in need of HR related data and analytics.
Additionally, the Senior Manager leads and oversees a range of workforce and organizational development solutions, initiatives, programs, and projects in order to inform business strategy and workforce planning. The Senior Manager will be responsible to address and/or resolve emerging workforce issues, identify opportunities for improvement, build organizational capability in Strategic Workforce Planning and relied on to harmonize with partners facilitate the achievement of the organization’s current and future business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and service-oriented HR leader with significant HR Analytics and Workforce Planning experience. A strong business partner, you have successfully implemented HR Analytics and Workforce Planning solutions across a complex organization and can lead change through influence. Your senior level experience managing operational performance and HR analytics complements your excellent communication and relationship building skills. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to build, lead, develop and maintain partnerships and to work effectively as a trusted and collaborative partner as well as a strong and strategic team leader.
