Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst will work closely with Marketing and Customer Experience leaders to help support the group’s many initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with leaders to identify opportunities and put forward supporting recommendations. The role will also be accountable for the development of executive content, supporting the VPs, SVP, and EVP.

This role requires a critical and strategic thinker with excellent data analysis skills. The development and tracking of Key performance indicators will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making. The successful candidate must be able to exercise discretion, good judgment and take initiative. Working with and presenting to members of the Management Team, the incumbent must act as a key resource in providing data and analytical support to achieve our objectives.

MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE:

• Work with business partners to understand business objectives and develop valuable reporting and provide ad-hoc data extracts
• Strong ability to anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
• Work closely with leaders of Contact Center, Client Relations, and IT teams
• Research best practices in analytics and reporting
• Collaborate with peers and data analytics leaders to:
• Develop content for executive level presentations regarding business updates
• Leverage data and analytics to gain a deep understanding of business, uncover trends, and help drive critical business decision-making based on various data modeling and 1st party data
• Work collaboratively to enhance methodologies and findings
• Support Marketing and Customer Experience group in planning, analyzing, and reporting on ongoing performance, KPIs, projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities to build reports and dashboards

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Report creation and automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
• Self-starter who will thrive in fast-paced work environment
• Natural collaborator and motivated by team success
• Verbal, written and presentation skills
• Related work experience in a data analytics role
• Experience working with Sales or Marketing team is a plus
• Critical thinking skills with an ability to identify opportunities, clearly and concisely put forward recommendations
• Experience with Looker or other BI tools, SQL, Salesforce is a plus
