Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, database management, data modeling, and database structures; experience with Smartsheet and SSRS/PBI Report Builder

5+ years of data analytics, data modelling, and reporting, preferable in a retail or supply chain environment

Begin executing on existing roadmap items, using your knowledge of our data and KPIs.

Demonstrates knowledge of SaaS Sales/GTM funnels, workflows, and metrics.

Is data-driven and proficient with advanced data analysis skills, including data wrangling, querying, analysis, and visualization.

Hold requirements gathering sessions by identifying the right participants, preparing the appropriate material, reviewing the project scope, and identifying key assumptions.

Assess scope and impact of client business needs and manages client expectations.

Work with Returns and Customer Experience (CX) teams to solve escalations on priority and improve experience for the customer and seller.

Create actionable analytical reports/ dashboards by working with Data Analytics teams that enable decision making.

Drive operational rigor on a day-to-day basis such as reviewing OOS items, Cancelation, and Documenting SOPs and improving processes.

Own the complete Tech issues charter end-to-end.

Continuously evaluate our features against US WFS with respect to Reporting and Data.

Drive action items from Weekly huddle by working with cross-functional teams of relevant stakeholders.

● Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to interpret business requirements and translate into actionable analyses

● Strong ownership mindset and experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across business, finance, analytics and technology

● Graduate from engineering, economics, analytics, finance or related fields with strong academic records

● 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering/ analytics/ business intelligence

● Experience working in professional services firms and/ or banking, insurance or other financial institutions
