Identify key consumer knowledge gaps and information needs to generate innovative and comprehensive pre-launch disease awareness efforts

Partner with Commercial Directors and Brand Teams to determine what capabilities are required for the future, identifying critical priorities and opportunities

5+ years’ experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, and consumer activation

Experience working in highly regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, etc.)

Post-secondary education preferred or combination of relevant work experience in logistics and warehousing

Owns operational KPI dashboard - reports on certain items daily, weekly, and monthly to management. Analyzes data to recommend improvements.

1-2 years of relevant work experience

Manages repack operation (when required)

Manages the fulfillment of all material needed for warehouse operations (airbags, stretch film, seals, office supplies, etc).

Manages partial pallet & non-active inventory.

Mentor junior SQAs on processes and products, QA methodologies, and skills

Work with software engineers, product managers, and other QA testers in an Agile team environment

5+ years of relevant work experience, including software development and/or software test automation

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in Python or other object-oriented programming languages like Java

Experience with Atlassian products like Jira is an advantage

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) along with project management, and organizational skills

BA or BSc, preferably in Mathematics or Biostatistics or other related Public Health Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience

A minimum three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Excellent computer skills using SPSS/SAS/STATA, Access, Excel, dashboard software (e.g. PowerBI) and mapping software (e.g. GeoMedia or ArcGIS)

• Senior level sales and business development experience

• Experience in dealing with complex regulatory categories and managing broad spectrum of projects.

Knowledge of claim adjudication principals, Pharmacy Benefit Management, or Group/Employee Benefits Management is an asset

Experience analysing and reporting on performance and utilization data

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly developed personal planning and organizational skills

Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Management or related field with the combination of education, training, and experience.

10 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment within a Health Canada/FDA-regulated work environment.

Minimum 10 years people leadership experience leading teams.
