Valuations Senior Manager Jobs

A career in Deals Valuation, will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations unlock greater value from existing assets and ongoing capital expenditures as well as new acquisitions, investments, and complex corporate arrangements. We focus on a series of services, such as acquisition and disposal valuation advice including deal pricing and negotiation support, strategic value consulting for improvement of corporate and capital management decisions, financial modelling and value analysis. In short, upon being a member of our team, you will support clients to make profound strategic decisions, better conduct business transactions and decisions, appropriately allocate capital investment, and satisfy regulatory requirements with professional skills and in-depth industry knowledge.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Valuations Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business valuation issues and execution on client deliverables. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide independent valuation reports for a variety of purposes primarily focused on financial reporting, taxation, corporate planning (decision support) and corporate governance
• Provide support to team members in valuation technical skills, industry knowledge and soft skills
• Establish credibility with existing clients by demonstrating subject matter expertise and knowledge
• Deliver in-depth understanding of the value of each entity or asset, along with relevant technical and industry knowledge
• Help management arrive at informed decisions, by providing value-add perspectives by providing credible valuations
• Manage Valuations teams while supporting team members in reviewing their work outputs

Experiences And Skills You’ll Use To Solve

• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
• Extensive expertise in financial modelling
• Proven ability to manage project workflows and deliver on time, take ownership of tasks and assignments and accept responsibility for outcomes
• Solid experience at the Senior Manager level in business valuation, supervising diverse teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation
• A Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation and/or an Accounting Designation is required.
• Experienced at preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
