Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Introductory knowledge of cloud ERP such as Workday or SAP, an asset

Billing experience in the service industry is an asset

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Ensure designs conform to all applicable codes, client standards and CIMA’s quality management system

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Knowledge of French is an asset

Perform and assist with additional duties and tasks based on project requirements

Working knowledge of the OESC, CSA and IEEE standards, typical equipment dimensions, connection details

Knowledge of principles and practices of electrical construction especially replacement projects

Working knowledge in AutoCAD and MicroStation design software

Strong project management capabilities and proposal/report writing skills.

Strong writing skills, including experience in the preparation of technical memos and reports.

Conducting traffic operations, transportation planning and safety assessments for rural and urban environments.

Provide updates and knowledge base for improved operations, project delivery, solution design, asset management, and engineering at the GTAA

Elicit, interpret, validate and document business client and partner requirements, and prioritize these requirements in solution alignment and benefits realization

Knowledge, ability and desire to apply Professional Engineering statutes including Design, Protection of Public, and Code of Ethics requirements

Guide the planning, documenting, and execution of commissioning and post construction activities to measure success and ensure benefit realization

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the design, construction and maintenance of industrial and commercial capital equipment

Knowledge of escalating, elevating, and conveying devices along with associated regulations, laws and technology limitations

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ITS and/or Transportation Technology or similar fields

Knowledge of the ITS Industry including products and suppliers is an asset

Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills in English

Roadside technologies (detection, cameras, signage, etc.),

Power and communications systems (wireless, fibre optics, etc.)

Smart mobility and transit, and
