Job Description

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:


You support the successful delivery of Access Control initiatives by:

• Participating in the problem statement articulation, planning, execution, and project management activities

• Developing, collaborating and executing on tactical plans that align to the Risk & Control framework

• Facilitating communications with all partners

• Identifying, supporting and offering creative solutions to key operational or process issues across the broader team

The accountabilities of the role include:

• Support tasks related to the various control processes that are managed by the access controls team, specifically around the execution of triple validations, toxicity reviews, attestations, and maintenance of standard role documentation

• Coordinate with business, technology partners and controls teams to identify and remediate issues

• Connect with various partners to understand new access control requirements

• Address issues with speed and know what issues to call out

• Support any remediation activities, as needed

• Lead initiatives to improve the Risk & Control framework

• Build positive relationships and work closely with key partners to establish the proper support model and offering leadership as needed

MUST HAVE:

• Sound analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and ‘think outside of the box’

• Able to connect with a diverse group of partners at all levels of the organization to make an impact

• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and an ability to collect and analyze data and provide insights

• Highly motivated individual with a consistent record to deliver results

Candidate will review the user access of different systems and help identify if there are any errors in system configuration, training will be provided
