Empowering Staffing, Toronto branch is recruiting for a Business Development Executive for our location to handle the client needs. The serving industry is focused on bringing business and providing workforce solutions to the clients along with assisting in the social media and marketing needs of the organization.


Job Title: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:


  • Adapting innovative business ideas to maximize business sales and target partnerships with potential clients.
  • Lead generation and developing strategies for marketing
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Establishing and developing a business network
  • Assisting clients in filling their daily Client requirements by coordinating the openings with the recruitment team and managing the team's performance by motivating and leading them.
  • Following up in a timely manner with potential clients to ensure lead conversion
  • Arrange face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential clients.
  • Utilize social media networks such as LinkedIn and other sites to engage clients.
  • Cold calling to prospective clients to develop business relationships and present the client with our services.
  • Organizes categorizes, and prioritizes sales leads and collects market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customer's needs and effectively translate those needs to the sales team


Requirements


  • Expertise in client communication and problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business developing/sales-focused job duties specifically in recruiting/staffing industry
