Sales Business Development Manager

This is a contract hybrid role for a Sales Business Development Manager, based in Toronto with flexibility for some remote work. This role will entail engaging in and executing sales strategies in response to client needs, and maintaining sales records and reports. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for initiating new business opportunities and building a solid pipeline of prospective clients through various business development means such as lead generation, sales calls, and in-person meetings.

• Familiarity with HR consulting and executive search services is an asset
• Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Consultative Sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a consultative selling environment and achieving sales goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field is preferred
