Limelight is quickly growing in the world of B2B SaaS. Our platform automates manual spreadsheet processes so businesses can spend more time on insights. Limelight Software is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team!



We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with experience in sales and proven results to support multiple Account Executives in hunting new businesses.


The day-to-day:


  • Engage with prospects through emails and phone calls to learn about their needs and get them excited about Limelight
  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects
  • Prospect and develop new business sales opportunities through multi-channel cold outbound calls, emails, inbound follow-ups, and social outreach.
  • Building sales messaging & sales cadences for efficient and effective sales outreach
  • Consistently exceed sales activities and stays on top of key metrics
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Qualify sales leads through high-level conversations with executives


Must-haves:


  • Proven track record of driving results.
  • You can understand and explain technical and financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter with proven initiative - Have an idea? Do not wait for others, get started!
  • Coachable, works well in a team environment
  • Experience with sales CRM like HubSpot,
  • Natural curiosity with the ability to think ‘outside the box.
  • Understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
  • 2+ years of inbound or outbound sales experience, preferably selling a B2B SaaS product.
  • You take ownership of your work and your customers know that you are accountable.
  • You are personable and build lasting relationships with people.


Education


  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma
