Job Role: New Business Sales Executive
Location: Toronto
Job Type: Full Time/Contract
A growing IT Services business with 50+ professionals in its 5th year of profitable growth is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to bring in new accounts and business in the IT recruitment line of business.
The Ideal candidate would have well developed relationships with customers and clients that can be harnessed in the short-term leveraging the strength of our company in execution and delivery and over the longer term develop new accounts.
This position expects results from the first month and the attractive compensation reflects results-oriented culture.
Experienced delivery team will support the signed business and for the right person this is a high growth opportunity!
You will report directly to the Founder & CTO.
Required skills and Qualifications.
At least a few years of full-time sales or business development experience within the Tech Recruitment industry with a proven rolodex of Customer relationships that are not encumbered by non-compete agreements etc.
Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
While we specialise in Full stack development, Application Automation and Security, for the Recruitment line of business we are technology agnostic.
