As an Executive Assistant cum Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our executive team while also contributing to our sales efforts.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant cum Sales Executive. In this dual role, you will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, assisting with day-to-day tasks, and managing their calendars and appointments. Additionally, you will actively participate in sales activities, including lead generation, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
Manage and maintain the executive team's calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executives.
Organize and prioritize incoming emails, messages, and other communications, responding on behalf of the executives when necessary.
Conduct research and gather information to support the executives' decision-making processes.
Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for business trips.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the executives.
Sales Executive Duties:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable staffing and IT solutions.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates with client requirements.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the company's services and benefits.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service agreements with clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback to the management team.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Previous experience in sales or business development is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
