Job Description
11:11 Systems is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Executive to drive sales from Canada through the global iland cloud platform. Preferred candidates will have at least seven years of solutions and value based sales experience in cloud services, IT Services & infrastructure, Managed Services, SaaS, or virtualization software. Must be comfortable presenting solutions and driving sales to Director to C-Level professionals, and must know how to navigate mid to large sized enterprises to close business.
This position is a full-time position based in Toronto, ON and reporting to the Regional Vice President of Canada Sales.
Responsibilities
  • Closing business
  • Taking market share by leveraging iland’s compelling solutions as we continue the growth trajectory to meet our business objectives
  • Evangelize iland’s cloud capabilities through sales opportunities and through education of the trends in the market on a regular basis
  • New business focus
  • Add value to our customers by fostering the adoption of new technology and innovative solutions where iland’s competitive advantage can help shape the future of enterprise technology
  • Evangelism
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the cloud market and appropriately positioning iland within this to both our customer base and target accounts
  • Identifying solution opportunities for iland
  • Competing & taking market share
  • Become adept in leading sales engagements on large deals that take time and tenacity to close
  • Solution expertise
  • Lead the business conversation on iland cloud webinars and be able to provide a contextually-relevant, business-centric demonstration of iland’s cloud capabilities

Requirements
  • Ability to quickly master technical concepts, processes, details, and skills, and be able to effectively communicate them to a wide variety of audience
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior decision makers in large enterprises
  • VMware VSP or VTSP preferred
  • Previous experience in the DRaaS/BaaS/IaaS space preferable
  • Strong knowledge of back up and replication technologies (Veeam/Zerto/VMware replication)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred7+ years of experience in an enterprise sales environment with demonstrated expertise in consultative or solution-based sales to senior business and technical decision makers
  • Superior understanding of the compliance and regulatory landscape that impacts cloud services
  • Excellent communication skills to include: verbal, written, and presentation
  • Strong, proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota using a consultative/solution selling approach
  • Effective understanding of the issues and pain points enterprise customers face and the demonstrable ability to address them with winning cloud-based solutions
  • Deep insight and knowledge of competitive cloud solution providers and their capabilities from both a commercial and solution perspective including their value proposition
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of your time for face-to-face customer and prospect meetings and events
