BSQUARED Sales Lead Coordinator- Toronto Based
About Us:
BSQUARED is a female BIPOC owned agency with 10+ years of experience in custom branding. We offer the most comprehensive worldwide supplier base and distribution capabilities in North America. We lead in producing promotional products, branded apparel, and custom gifting. Some of the additional services we offer include Made in North America custom apparel, banners & displays, and kitting/fulfillment. Additionally, we offer cross border services for clients based in US & Canada.
Your Role:
As the Sales Lead Coordinator, your role entails overseeing contracted clients at the enterprise level as well as cultivating relationships with new clients. You will be responsible for promoting and selling products and services, in addition to identifying new business prospects within your designated client base. Your customer list consists of some of the most prominent and well-known brands in Canada. Your key responsibilities encompass meeting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding the company's commitments.
Much of your daily activities revolve around engaging with customers to address their challenges and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to devise tailored solutions for our clients. While you are accountable for achieving both individual and team sales and profit objectives. Your continuous efforts should focus on strengthening client relationships and expanding sales opportunities within your Enterprise Accounts.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :
What's needed- Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
- Associate will sit in the office minimum of 2 days per week.
- Ability to travel to visit to customers within Canada.

- Your previous experience in the promotional merchandise industry
