Senior Agilist Lead Jobs

Responsibilities

• Defining and documenting requirements ensuring they align with strategy and architecture.
• Working closely with the Business stakeholders to develop and deliver features and products that meet business requirements.
• Lead agile ceremonies like planning stand-ups and sprint reviews.
• Conducting user acceptance testing and ensuring products meet quality standards
• Leadership and management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of agile methodology techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban Jira Story authoring
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate lead meeting with stakeholders
• Able to write user stories.
• Acting as the subject matter expert providing guidance and insights to business stakeholders
• Providing training and support to end-users on the use and functionality of reporting and reporting needs
• 5+ years of experiences as a product owner or similar roles
• Good functional knowledge of either of the insurance asset management or banking domain
• Work with business stakeholders to identify business needs and priorities accordingly.
• Continuously monitoring teams products and adjust priorities accordingly
