As the Process Delivery Lead in our team, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of Intelligent Automation projects helping the business teams to transform and to get valuable hours back to them to work on more strategic work

As a member of this team, you will

• Leading change management activities, Ideation sessions, and Operations activities, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness analysis, impact assessments, coaching, resistance management, and change reinforcement
• Engage stakeholders to show Automation Art of Possible and help them think through the ideas and identify improvement/automation opportunities
• Lead the Process delivery of the Automation Centre of Excellence team, starting from discovery to define to solution to Production.
• Assess, manage, and mitigate project risks
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Automation Delivery between Operation and Business teams to advice on solutions to meet business needs and recommendation for future enhancements
• Coordinate resources across multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate allocation to project activities to meet overall timelines
• Recommending & Implementing changes to existing business processes to improve productivity and effectiveness, simplify end-to end-processes, adopt standardization, and introduce Innovative automation solutions
• Experience in delivering projects, including various Robotic Process technologies like UiPath, Power Automate etc.
• Driving automation and the adoption of next-generation technologies for Intelligent Automation (e.g., integrating RPA with machine learning, Process Mining, AI, natural language processing, Chatbots)

To succeed in this role, you have

• Have a solid understanding of project/change delivery concepts from initiation to closure in agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery modalities
• 5+ years of project delivery experience with an ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communications skills, independent thinker and resilient during project challenges
• A university/college degree with a focus in management, operations, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent presentation skills to drive conversations with stakeholders at a senior level
• Track record of being able to deliver results with multiple time-sensitive deadlines
• Ability to both dive into details and take a step back to understand connection to larger picture
• 3+ years hands on experience with Robotic Process Automation tools (UiPath, PowerAutomate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
• Experience in workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and leading working sessions
• Hands on experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and other project management tools
• Ability to work with highly detailed and ambiguous information, make recommendations and communicate outcomes to sponsors and stakeholders clearly and concisely
• Conceptual problem solver with strong analytical skills, including the ability to research and analyze complex issues and develop insightful solutions while considering risks, and stakeholder’s views
• Take initiative, be the driver (rather than being driven) to resolve issues and risks
