As the Associate Principal for Process & Automation (Business Analysis) Focus, your contribution will be crucial in propelling the advancement and prosperity of our intelligent automation and process optimization offerings. Your partnership with the Principal Consultants & Associate Principal Consultants will entail creating and executing unique strategies to assist our clients in simplifying their operational procedures.

What you'll do:


  • Support the contract management lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Visualize information and data to create compelling and effective executive-level presentations and decks.
  • Co-create, accelerate, and deliver a digital transformational journey built on deep customer knowledge and empathy, guiding customers through three elements of the digital transformation journey - strategic, technical, and cultural - so that customers can continue to innovate on their own.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and business analysis.
  • Provide big-picture and tactical guidance on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.
  • Manage strategic engagements in intelligent automation, process and service design, and human-centered design, delivering unique perspectives and constructive disruptions that inspire clients to drive the future story of their business.
  • Develop project plans and monitor progress towards project goals, ensuring high-quality deliverables are produced on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive collaboration and consensus-building among stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrate your expertise in developing technical value propositions, Pro-forma financial business cases and impactful client proposals.
  • Create professional deliverables, such as project plans, process maps, and executive-level presentations.

  • You possess technical acumen when navigating IBM Blueworks Live, Microsoft Minit or other process and automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Process Advisor, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and UiPath.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends and insights, and use that information to develop effective solutions.
  • Experience creating professional deliverables, including project plans, process maps, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and meetings to drive collaboration and consensus-building among stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Minit and/or Process Advisor
  • A natural ability to understand and connect with people, build trust and rapport in your relationships, resolve conflicts, and work collaboratively towards common goals.
  • Creative thinking skills with the ability to visualize information and data to create compelling and effective executive-level presentations and decks.
  • Experience in intelligent automation, human-centered design, or related areas is a plus.

  • An undergraduate degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of business process mapping and improvement/optimization.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify new opportunities and solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
  • Certified in Six Sigma, CBA, CBAP, or similar certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, process and service design, or related fields.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and meetings, on-site or remotely, to drive stakeholder collaboration and consensus-building.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, clients, stakeholders, and partners.
