Have to be able to work straight days Monday - Friday 8:00am – 4:30PM
Responsibilities
 Troubleshoot and debug existing production equipment.
 Troubleshoot robots, automation equipment, vision systems…. etc.
 Train technical staff on robots, automation equipment, vision systems, etc.
 Troubleshoot injection molding process parameters.
 Train technical associates on best injection molding processing practices.
 Complete New Model trials for process and automation.
Qualifications
 1-3 years similar experience in a Manufacturing environment.
 Post-Secondary diploma
 Good mechanical and electrical aptitude.
 Experience working with industrial automation
 Injection Molding and assembly experience is an asset.
 Working knowledge of PLC programming
 Working knowledge of robot programming
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point. Project
 Able to work independently and maintain project schedules and deadlines.
 Strong problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
