Process Technician Jobs

The Process technician will be responsible to coach, mentor and lead machine operators in there day-to-day operations. Provide technical support, improve operator work instructions, provide training when required, trouble shoot and set up machines when required. Oversee ramp ups of machines after set up procedure.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, maintain, and improve work instructions
• Trouble shoot machine issues
• Support programming and tooling issues - 3 shift support required
• Coach, mentor and train operators

· Support training on re-running of tools and parts, gauging, machine operation

Requirements:

• Experience with MasterCam or any other CAD/CAM software
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a team of CNC Operators
• Licenced CNC Machinist or related technical training 5+ year related experience (lathe machines)
