About The Role
We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our team and help scale our product lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for liasioning with key stakeholders of our highly valued partners, brings together cross-functional departments, and assists with developing appropriate processes and solutions to existing challenges, as well as with documenting best practice and creating procedures.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, ability to draft and create professional documents, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
This role will be working directly under our Senior Manager, Product & Partnerships with the opportunity to grow and expand into a newly created role depending on your strengths and passions.
The Ideal Candidate:

Role and Expectations:
- Draft and maintain procedures; Analyze existing work practices, identify, and implement process improvement opportunities in collaboration and under the direction of Senior Management;
- Efficiently communicate key process changes, summarize new features and applicability and present to stakeholder
- Document processes in formats that support staff training and communication
- Manage relationships with third-party partners/service providers and act as a liaison between Senior Manager and third-party partners/service providers, updating internal processes as required;
- Work in conjunction with different departments to collaborate on projects and drive business changes
- Work in collaboration with different departments to develop, document, and refine workflows to improve existing operations and processes
- Collaborate with Senior Manager and internal stakeholders in planning, designing, and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Creating and managing product documentation;
Requirements
- Must be a positive, passionate, team player
- Savvy on the computer specifically Microsoft Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized
- 3+ years experience in a professional role
- Post-secondary education considered an asset
- Previous experience in the payment industry is an asset
- Familiarity with In Design, Illustrator or Canva is an asset
While we offer training and mentorship from a very experienced team, you will also be expected to learn autonomously with minimal supervision.
