Extensive knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks, Catia, UG)

Strong communicator in the English language, both written and oral

Minimum 2 years of project management experience

B. Sc. in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering/Technology and/or Quality Assurance/Management

Management of customer complaints, including liaising with the department responsible for the defect, BERICAP Customer Service Leads and the customer

What Skills and Experience You Will Bring:

Black Belt certification in LEAN/DMAIC methodologies from an accredited provider an asset

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast paced, manufacturing environment with a plastics background preferred

Knowledge and experience with PowerApps, project management, agile methodologies

1-3 years experience in Retail, Supply Chain, and Remote Operations

1-3 years experience in Analytics

Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and/or SSRS experience

Intermediate experience with VBA and SQL

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering

Relevant engineering/process experience, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment in a people and process management role

Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3

Autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) systems understanding with experience of implementing and driving CIL, CL and Defect Handling

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems

Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment

Plans, organizes, facilitates and monitors workshops – Process management and VSM (Value Steam mapping of service or manufacturing).

Application of project management concepts: Planning, risk management, budget management, project performance indicator.

Ability to work at different organizational levels and support management teams.

Experiences in the deployment of an operational excellence model with different realities and levels of maturity.

University degree (technical or business) or equivalent experience in continuous improvement in a similar role.

Relevant experience in workshop facilitation Experience in "Six Sigma" and "Lean" projects.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a project coordination position in a Contract Research Organization (CRO);

Excellent working knowledge of job-related computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, and more particularly Excel);

Excellent knowledge of employment principles, practices and procedures;

Excellent knowledge of all aspects of the work performed in ORC (an asset);

Excellent analytical and root cause problem solving skills;

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;

Has experience in process reengineering/mapping and continuous improvement;

Holds a Lean Six Sigma certification; Green Belt level, an asset.

·Work with and assist Automation Engineering Specialist to successfully launch vendor sourced automated systems and machinery

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering.

Demonstrate leadership by mentoring production staff and promote knowledge transfer between teams

Develop a curriculum for Lean training and establish a structure in the business to improve the lean knowledge across the business

2-3 years’ experience as a Continuous Improvement Specialist in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Hands on experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles.

Strong capabilities in planning, organizing and process control.

Has great writing skills and is able to create professional documents;

Able to manage multiple initiatives;

Collaborate with Senior Manager and internal stakeholders in planning, designing, and implementing process improvement initiatives

3+ years experience in a professional role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Post-secondary education considered an asset

Lead unit operations troubleshooting and investigating off-spec. products and plant trips/ upsets and manage the required deliverables.

Manage long and short-term projects by proposing major projects to improve safety, reliability and profitability.

Additional Info: Experience in Honeywell UOP or Axens licensed units.

Perform in-depth plant monitoring and optimize performance of CCR units by overseeing the unit's operation and economics losses.

Issue detailed reports to recommend changes supported by simulation models' result to optimize unit operation.

Willing to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
