About Us
- The ability to effectively communicate business insights and realistic solutions (written and verbal).
- Strong technical and analytical skill set, including ability to identify and manage data, execute quality control, build Excel models and draw correct business insights and implications (Statistical analysis).
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting a thorough analysis of data and environment.
- Working knowledge of operations management, finance, and business knowledge.
- Proficient in leading problem sessions & business process mapping, (Fish bone, 5 Why`s, FMEA, etc).
- Implement effective measurement tools associated with continuous improvement tracking.
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to safety, environmental, and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Bachelor of commerce
- 5-10 years of experience in mining, petroleum, manufacturing or any heavy industry
- Lead and influence personnel at multiple levels to improve operational processes that ensure a safe work environment, maximize profitability, drive quality improvements and reduce operating costs.
- Formal training in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum certified, with proven track record of application
- Consistently exercises discretion and judgment in job performance.
- Minimum of 3 years’ of Continuous Improvement experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to connect and work with all levels of employees and management.
- Support improvement in existing processes including eliminating variation and non-value added work.
- Train/coach/mentor other employees on the principles of Continuous Improvement.
- Perform on-site implementation of CI project (SMED, 5S, SIPOC, Audit, BPM, etc).
- Perform other related functions as assigned by supervisor
- Proven ability to organize and manage projects with positive results.
