Data Analyst – Intelligent Automation Jobs

* Experience in project management and team management

* Lead and manage analysis and reporting as part of our Enterprise Risk Management Program.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.

Utilize our data warehouse to design and create data tables based on business requirements.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and ensure timely delivery of requested data.

Proficiency in Tableau: Strong skills in creating interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Tableau. Familiarity with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau software.

Extract data from various sources, transform and manipulate it as needed, and create meaningful and insightful dashboards.

Provide field construction management support (inspections, punch list generation, and project close-out)

Conduct site visit before and during design to confirm design requirements

Manages ongoing workload within the ITS team to ensure adequate resourcing for ongoing projects

Works with the Business Development Manager to develop proposals for the ITS engineering services provided by the team

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with Transportation experience is preferred

Minimum 4 years of experience with ITS and electrical subsystems, preferably in the consulting engineering industry

A highly self-motivated learner and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is an asset

Ability to skillfully apply LLMs related technology to conduct technical research in the field of software engineering

Ability to extract, abstract, express and generalize software knowledge/code knowledge using AI or large model

MS or Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering, related Machine Learning field, or equivalent relevant experience

Experience with LLMs building is an asset

Conduct and apply LLMs (Large Language Models) to design and implement intelligent technologies for improving various software engineering research tasks

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical mindset in terms of taking abstract questions and issues and structuring them into manageable, specific work streams

Experience in delivering projects that cover the full technology life cycle of assessment, design and implementation

Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in public sector and government

Depth of knowledge in the government and public sector industry

Support the contract management lifecycle.

An undergraduate degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience

Experience facilitating workshops and meetings, on-site or remotely, to drive stakeholder collaboration and consensus-building.

P. Eng, RCDD, PSP, CTS, CTS-D, MCSE, CCIE Certifications are an asset.

Knowledgeable about industry standards including BISCI, EIA/TIA and CSA.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, CAD/Revit, MS Project.

Promote and enforce company standards relating to project administration, documentation and processes such as total quality management.

A few more qualifications which will help you with these responsibilities:

Prepare, or assists Project Managers with, the development of all system engineering concepts.

Work with project managers to prepare all calculations (eg. heat and power loads) and selects all equipment.

Possess sound communication skills as demonstrated through client and staff relations.

Demonstrate experience working with other consultants and contractors, and coordination of major projects.

Scope technical solutions using our existing workload management system and influence new system development to support the business objectives

Deliver a change management strategy.

Experience with or knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

Liaise with SMEs to define solutions that meet users’ requirements and are technically appropriate.

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Process or Systems within IT or Business.

Business Analyst certification is an asset.
