The Opportunity
We’re looking for an incredible quality assurance engineer, who loves shipping high quality features, making high impact decisions daily and wants to help shape the future of Relay. As a QA lead, you’ll have ownership over all aspects of product quality and will be key in delivering features that customers love. MORE LEADERSHIP THEN HANDS ON.
Must Have

• 3+ years of relevant QA technical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in testing Salesforce platform
• Extensive test process knowledge with regards to test cycles, releases and test types (system, integration, end-to-end, User Acceptance Testing), and the Software Test Life Cycle
• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Nice To Have

• Good understanding of SF architecture, concepts and SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
• Proven experience in the creation of end to end test scenarios
• Familiarity of database systems and SQL queries

Soft Skills

• Strong diagnostic, analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills

Ability to analyze/interpret test results and provide recommendations to improve testing

• Strong communication skills – must be able to explain things clearly to project team members
