What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?


  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a related Customer Success Role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
  • Experience in sales technology is a solid positive
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers
  • Familiarity with Salesforce


What will do you at Nektar?


  • Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales information and engineering and application trends.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
  • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
  • Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services
  • Effectively communicate client needs and system requirements to the Product & Engineering teams for product design and enhancements
