Interested in being the founding AE, responsible for driving sales of a completely new business? This new division, called ARMS, operates like a startup within HH Angus, and you'll enjoy the excitement that comes with building a new, SaaS-based technology solution, and the security that comes with working for an organization that has been thriving for over a century.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets, while building strong relationships with existing clients and generating new business opportunities
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients
- Build out tooling to support your sales effort
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of our services and products
- Identify new business prospects and initiate contact with potential clients
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activity, including sales pipeline and revenue forecasting
- Experience working with and setting up sales tools and techniques, including CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management (A strong preference will be shown towards those who are tech savvy)
- Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a consulting or engineering environment
- The ability to work independently and leverage internal resources to find leads and close deals
