ABOUT THE ROLE

The Canada General Manager is an essential role whose primary focus will be to lead the development and the execution of the Canada market strategy. The GM will enable the effective operation of the global matrix organisation in Canada by driving business focus across functions. They will also act as Peloton’s spokesperson for the market for internal and external stakeholders as required. The GM will help develop and pilot new go-to-market strategies aimed at increasing the pace and sustainability of Peloton International footprint. They will have dotted line reports with the role reporting to the VP, General Management International. The role is based remotely in Toronto.

• Proven experience of leading high growth businesses
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer businesses, ideally in digital marketing and subscription business
• Highly effective in building relationships and working collaboratively across multiple functional groups and external partners to drive business goals
• Resilient leader, a self starter, adaptable in dynamic and complex operating environments
• Superior analytical skills – ability to formulate logical, data-driven business insights
