Requirements


About the Role:


This is a newly created role requiring an experienced strategic marketing leader to join our growing business during an exciting period of transformation. We’re seeking an inspirational and commercially focused marketer to join our Canadian marketing team to provide strategic marketing leadership for an expanding area of our business.


Key Responsibilities/Requirements:


  • Work with marketing services team in India to fulfil tactic requests around design, digital and email marketing
  • Worth the Product Marketing teams to understand the VPs, use these to inform operational marketing strategy
  • Measure & report on the effectiveness of marketing programmes on an intensive weekly basis, flexing plan as needed to reach targets
  • Potential line management & mentoring
  • Work with counterparts in North America, Australia and UK to drive collaboration and reach global marketing goals
  • Act as a marketing business partner for the region, managing stakeholders to demonstrate the value of marketing to the business
  • Work with Sales Enablement teams to ensure effectiveness of sales performance against marketing generated leads
  • Represent marketing on regional SLT
  • This will require phasing and forecasting of tactics & budget


Desired Skills:


  • Excellent planner and able to prioritise
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Knowledge/experience of marketing to the Canadian healthcare marketing a distinct advantage
  • 8+ years strategic B2B marketing experience
  • Experience in B2B software or service marketing an advantage
  • Budget management & financial planning
  • Analytical & methodical
  • Numerate & commercially astute
  • Experience with SalesForce, Eloqua, Optimizely, DemandBase an advantage
