Who We Are Looking For


We're looking for an Account Coordinator (18 Month Contract) for the Canadian wholesale business for Downtown Toronto Office.


In this position you will be responsible for building plus maintaining account relationships and the perfect orderbook. You will proactively engage with internal and external business partners across the organization to ensure successful order management execution which is the foundation of healthy business partnerships.

What You Will Work On


  • Drive resolution of wholesale partner issues through problem-solving, escalation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive orderbook insight by managing the open, allocated and picked reports and proactively make adjustments as needed to delivery/service information to ensure that Converse meets customer expectations
  • Collaborate with commercial team to achieve targets by providing proactive information through reporting and analysis
  • Partner with commercial team AE each season to help create assortments to be presented during sell-in to respective wholesale accounts
  • Foster and drive collaborative internal and external relationships through consistent communication
  • Collaborate with integrated teams to activate Partner seasonal execution and deliver against team goals
  • Own Go To Market process from Orderbook build to in-season orderbook management across multiple wholesale accounts
  • Assist AE in replenishment "ladder" management and future forecasts (OTB) via range plan management


Who You Will Work With


You will report to the Sr. Director - Commercial, Canada. This role will heavily collaborate across the Canadian Wholesale team to drive & optimize the current business.


What You Bring


  • Strong problem solving and strong analytical/reporting on sales data and product data. Ability to Multi-task, prioritize workloads and proactively anticipate needs. Flexibility is a must
  • Strong skillset in MS Applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Familiar with MS Access, EDI, and Warehouse systems (Preferred)
  • Ability to professionally communicate (verbal/written) to a wide range of audiences across multiple levels of the organization
  • 4 yr degree in business related field
  • 2+ years' experience in account support, customer service, retail, or sales
  • Working knowledge in SAP and BI software applications (Preferred)
