We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Change Enablement Manager to support the design, delivery, and execution of business-critical change initiatives to support OLG through organizational, process, and technology transformations .


YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME


Reporting to the Director, Change Management , you will be empowered to:


  • Support leaders in sustaining the change by identifying gaps after implementation of change and developing plans and/or recommendations to bridge the gaps
  • Develop and execute training content and plans to prepare employees for success during and after the change
  • Monitor change adoption, identify and help minimize change risk
  • Assist in the development of change management strategies and plans to drive successful adoption of the change and provide targeted training, , tools, , and communications that deliver measurable benefits to OLGers impacted by the change
  • Conduct stakeholder identification and analysis, change impact assessments, and determine business readiness from a people change perspective
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy and plan, including drafting and delivery of communications to OLGers impacted by the change, or working with communications partners
  • Contribute to the scaling of change management acumen across projects and the organization
  • Identify readiness actions to prepare employees for the introduction of a change
  • Facilitate and support organizational alignment to new ways of working through development/confirmation of interaction or business models
  • Lead and support change management initiatives or workstreams to support transformational or strategic change initiatives


What You Need To Play


Work Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in roles specifically aligned to change management, including demonstrated experience in the development of change strategies, conducting change impact/readiness assessments, stakeholder management (Director+), training, and communications.


Education: Degree in Business or a related field. Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) or designation is an asset.


Knowledge & Skills: understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; exceptional communication skills spanning multi-media (e.g. presentations, video, web, infographics/data visualization); ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; organized with a natural inclination for planning and management; ability to work effectively with Directors and their teams; strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges; facilitation skills and knowledge of adult learning methodologies or how to develop training plans; problem solving and root cause identification skills; strong storytelling (written and verbal) and understanding of basic graphic design
