Key Responsibilities

• Creating and assisting in the development/production of branded content that generates revenue, and enhances TSN's relationship with our advertising, agency, league and team partners
• Participate in strategic creative/ content planning
• As part of the senior leadership team of the TSN Partnerships group, lead and oversee the creative team
• Work across platforms to develop broadcast, digital, social and out-of-home creative solutions
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Strategic Partnerships and other internal groups
• Act as client-facing lead for creative and campaign elements, working with brands, agencies, leagues and teams
• Managing aspects of branded content and commercial production, including writing, story boarding, directing, editing, casting, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
• Lead the creation of partner-driven creative and program/campaign ideation

Critical Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in production / creative
• Experience with large-scale productions
• Must work well in a team atmosphere
• Ability to create format and implement presentation styles consistent with broadcast industry standards
• Must have excellent leadership skills
• Demonstrated creative and production skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated and creative. Able to handle multiple tasks and maintain creativity in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure of live production
• University/College education, or equivalent work experience in broadcasting or journalism
• Familiarity with events, people, and institutions that shape major sports
• Working experience with modern digital editing with a thorough technical understanding of related software and hardware
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well individually and/or in a team
