Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a radio host

Skills in production, editing of advertisements

Ensure the preparation, animation and smooth running of the program

Represent the station at promotional events

Conduct field trips and liaise with event partners

Excellent stress and priority management skills

At least 2 year experience in media relations

Excellent knowledge of Quebec media

Experience in media relations in the cultural sector, radio or television - an asset

Excellent writing and editing skills

Interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain good relationships

Prepare weekly schedules for staff and freelance employees – that satisfy team leaders' daily requirements and meet management approval.

Distribute approved schedules to managers, leaders, and all individual employees, updating as necessary when changes are required

Log and advise managers on leave requests, vacation, and illnesses

Ability to handle after hours absence calls and scheduling emergencies is a requirement

Superior organizational, planning, and work prioritization skills

Previous scheduling experience in a multi-functional environment
