Responsibilities:

As an Event Producer, your core responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate our capacity to deliver on event objectives.
• Using your research and findings to create agendas, acquire speakers and produce top quality business events internationally.
• Gaining insights into client preferences and needs to ensure the event concept aligns with their expectations.
• Identifying strategic partners and cultivating partnerships that enhance event quality and impact.
• Reviewing the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for market share acquisition.
• Developing robust business cases to guide event launch decisions.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align audience requirements with the overall business case.
• Conducting market research, primarily through phone conversations, to gauge the audience's interest in new event concepts and angles.
• Strategizing event timing, location, and pricing based on comprehensive market analysis.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving the success of new events.
• An analytical mindset grounded in evidence-based decision-making.
• Self-starter qualities, allowing you to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Proven experience successfully researching and launching B2B events, with a special focus on the finance, legal, or HR industries (experience considered a plus).
• Flexibility to accommodate varying working hours, including overlaps with Australia, Canada, US, and UK time zones based on project requirements.
