Key Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Conference Producer, you will play a pivotal role in our event production process. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Research and Conceptualization: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and topics within the verticals in which we operate (Law, Insurance, Mortgages, Wealth, HR and more). Use your findings to conceptualize and develop new conference ideas that resonate with our target audience.

2. Speaker Acquisition: Reach out to industry leaders and experts to secure high-profile speakers and panelists for our events. Maintain strong relationships with speakers to ensure their participation and commitment.

3. Program Development: Collaborate with our content team to create compelling conference programs that provide value to our attendees. Ensure that each event's content aligns with our audience's needs and interests.

4. Outreach and outbound calls: Make outbound calls for research purposes, and to connect with prospective speakers.

5. Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales and design teams to ensure seamless event execution. Coordinate with team members across multiple locations and timezones.

Requirements:

• Comfortable with making outbound calls and engaging with stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail orientated and the ability to multi-task.
• A positive, can-do work ethic and genuine enthusiasm for creating exceptional events.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• A commercial outlook and high degree of interest in current business issues and trends.
• Due to the importance of the research and copywriting elements of the role, candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent research and written English skills. A degree in events, business, marketing or a related field (or equivalent) would be preferred.
