We are seeking a one-of-a-kind, approachable, and captivating TikTok Producer & Community Manager to join our team at Agent Launch.


This role requires a creative individual who can excel in front of the camera - who isn't afraid to let their personality shine, and who is genuinely excited at the prospect of creating entertaining content for TikTok and Instagram Reels. This unique role combines content creation, storytelling, and business acumen to build a personality in a specific niche.


Qualifications/Requirements


  • Content Creation Skills: Strong storytelling abilities, exceptional scripting skills, and proficiency in creating engaging video content are necessary. The candidate should have a portfolio or examples of their work that highlight their ability to captivate and inform an audience.
  • Brand Building: The candidate will be tasked with building a recognizable personal identity and establishing a strong presence in the Real Estate Space. They should have a vision for how to differentiate themselves and attract a dedicated audience who shares their passion.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: The candidate should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be motivated to explore opportunities within the Real Estate space. This may involve identifying and pursuing potential partnerships or collaborations.
  • Passion for Social Media: The candidate must have a genuine passion for TikTok and social media. They should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding and appreciation for the intricacies and nuances of Instagram and TikTok, and stay up to date on trends. Ability to make content off-the-cuff is extremely important.
