- Maintaining an onsite, engaging presence and readily available for team members, residents and guests during business hours and as needed for special events.
- Addressing and resolving residents' questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Scheduling and conducting certifications and recertifications; preparing and processing required forms; updating records with new information; preparing reports related to completed recertification.
- Preparing and scheduling property viewings, conducting property tours and interviewing prospective tenants.
- Inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activities (via vendor contract).
- Follow established Company policies and procedures.
- Managing resident accounts to include tenant notices and rent collections
- Processing resident applications, conducting credit checks, and at times arrange lease renewals.
- Assist with operations in compliance with Rural Development (RD), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations, meeting requirements to include preparing documentation and reporting.
- Creating and distributing marketing materials to attract new tenants.
- Any other task as assigned.

- Great customer service with excellent communication skills from relatable experience whether property leasing or hospitality (hotels, restaurants), retail service, etc.
- 1+ years of residential leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
- Apply your financial skills/background to lead and support the rent payment management process.
- Superb coordinating and prioritizing skills to assist the Sr. Community Manager/Asset Director with vendors and contractors for property projects.
- Job Overview: The Aurum Group is seeking a reliable and skilled Night Shift Professional Bus Driver to join our team. As a bus driver, you will be working with one of the biggest clients of Aurum and will be responsible for safely moving buses during the night hours to set conditions for successful service delivery by our client the following day. All bus movement will be in a controlled space requiring tight adherence to all traffic regulations and company policies. There will be no transport of passengers, and all movement will be in a designated yard. Job Type: Permanent Location: Toronto Hours of Operation: Shifts - 6:00 pm- 4:00 am and 10:00 pm to 8:00am Salary: $25 / hr
