What will you work on?

This role works along with other team leads, to successfully initiate oversee all elements of pre-production, production, and post-production, including the arranging and tracking of budget, for all Spin Master Lifestyle/Product Photography projects right up to release.

How will you create impact?

• Compile final list of all SM products that require product photography/3D Rendering
• Liaises with mobilizes external vendors/production teams to assist on special projects out of studio
• Collaborate with key stakeholders specific to owned brands and licensor guidelines
• In collaboration with leadership, develop and implement process efficiencies strategies for Product Photography 3D Renders
• Contribute during creative discussions, critiques reviews to refine the production details of each project ( 3D Renders, 360 Photogrphy, GIFs, etc.)
• Manage internal and external meetings to ensure efficient and coherent communication of creative ideas; including sourcing and disseminating material (as and when necessary)
• Effectively prioritize project deliverables assignments through effective communication with senior management stakeholders
• Manage Studio Coordinator (responsibilities include, but are not limited to tracking FEP sample shipments, Studio inventory of props and wardrobe, invoicing, reaching out to designers for packaging assets, etc.)
• Organize brand kick-off meetings seasonally to compile all key deliverables dates, along with all product features relevant for the upcoming shoots
• Oversee health, safety environmental protection on the project for all
• Initiate participate in status reviews for projects with team leaders management to analyse schedule, risk opportunities
• ­­Collaborate with key stakeholders specific to owned brands and licensor guidelines
• Manage timeline, production proprietary information on all projects and productions for the Creative Production Team ,while protecting the company’s interests and maintaining good working relationships
• Collaborate with Packaging PMs to identify all upcoming product for packaging projects and key timelines to align calendars utilize internal resources and systems to track

What are your skills and experience?

• Basic knowledge of 3D Rendering and animation process.
• Experience leading production teams
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus!
• 3+ years Producer/Project Management experience, ideally in a creative agency environment
• Proven experience with managing creating budgets/reconciling finances
• Have a solid network of vendors within the industry to pull upon as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
