As an intermediate member of the Production team, you thrive in an agile environment that allows you to leverage your skillset across expansive digital programs. You use your experience to solve complex business problems through critical thinking of production-related inquiries, ensuring project deliveries are met on time and within scope. You bring demonstrable experience in leading projects in a fast-paced agency environment that works with multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

• Work within delivery frameworks to support a structured, transparent, and collaborative approach to delivering great work.
• Contribute to the studio culture through innovation and thought leadership.
• Facilitate daily updates of project statuses for internal teams
• Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure web authoring, targeting, analytics, leads, and CRM are appropriately maintained and integrated across all product touchpoints.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project needs, progress, and changes.
• Engage in resource planning and management, identifying and escalating potential problems in advance.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish scope, define milestones, and coordinate deliverables to meet launch schedules and sprint goals.
• Lead day-to-day production needs, resourcing, and deliveries for several web/digital projects in parallel.
• Organize internal team meetings for briefs and internal reviews.
• Build day-to-day relationships with clients, creative, media & other external partners.

Qualifications

• Auto and/or retail advertising experience is nice to have
• Comprehensive understanding of web development production from brief to launch, and postlaunch product enhancement.
• Toolkit of project management skills including timeline management, resourcing, conflict control, and risk assessment
• Demonstrable experience running multiple projects successfully and simultaneously.
• Confident using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft suite and Teamwork.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt style and method of communication to be effective for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• 3 years or more of relevant experience in a production or project management role
• A positive, organized approach to problem-solving in tandem with team members.
