As an Event Producer, your core responsibilities will include:

Reviewing the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for market share acquisition.

Conducting market research, primarily through phone conversations, to gauge the audience's interest in new event concepts and angles.

Previous experience in production or project management will help you get up to speed quickly but is not a must

Familiarity with agile frameworks or other project management methodologies

Work with the Game Lead to help manage and improve team processes and collaboration

Previous experience with QA and testing would be a huge asset to us early in the project

Experience with common game development tools such as Slack, Jira or Confluence is helpful, but you can also learn them here

Provide support and on the spot triaging for daily build and game team needs

A strong commitment to learning and development, which includes a robust in-house course offering and formal mentorship and skills development programs;

Packaging content for distribution. Uploading and applying metadata and tagging of content in content management systems.

Knowledge and experience in best practices, tools and processes for producing content across multiple social media platforms

Experience creating and packaging compelling video for online platforms including YouTube

Experience writing and editing digital articles

Experience in digital strategy planning

Grade XII or recognized equivalent

Fluently bilingual in both English and French**
