Our client is looking for a Junior Project Manager/Creative Producer who will be the heart of their art & design workflow and is responsible for ensuring flawless deliverables to accompany music releases and design projects. You will work directly with artists and the team to create unique and ownable pieces to promote the launch of records. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will be responsible for gathering project requirements, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective work delegation with the internal design team and external design network, external artist outreach and roster growth, contract and asset management of producer pieces, and overall alignment on priorities to meet the design requirements of the company. This position is open to candidates located anywhere within Canada.
What You'll Be Doing...

• Promoting positive working relationships through leadership, teamwork and communication within the teams to ensure consistent vision and goal setting
• Working cross-departmentally to gather the design specs required to communicate a clear vision for projects and translate into a design brief
• Creating and maintaining project management documents including contracts, project plans, communications plans, and compiling of historical information
• Ensuring the internal team’s daily tasks are in line with the product vision and that each member of the team is working from a tracked schedule and has a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability for quality and timeliness
• Maintaining current design workflows, supporting the design team to create deliverables and ensuring projects are delivered on time
• Managing external design network
• Supporting the design team with overcoming challenges and obstacles in achieving their objectives
• Managing the artwork process and marketing assets for music releases
• Identifying risks as early as possible in order to mitigate them and communicate both issues and proposed solutions clearly

Requirements
What you bring...

• Strong interest in the music industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven work experience as a Label Manager or Creative Producer or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent timeline and project management skills
