Game Producer Jobs

We're looking for an ambitious, game-loving Producer to join our team! If you're a great communicator and have experience in the video game industry (VR is a bonus!), you'll be working with a very passionate and talented team in solving some of the toughest problems in VR; including AI for realistic VR sword-fighting.

Responsibilities

— Communicate with and understand the general workflow of multiple creative & technical departments

— Participate in strategy meetings and establish roadmaps to achieving goals in reasonable timeframes

— Implement new workflows and systems to make your own job easier (and those of the team)

— Facilitate scrum check-ins and use data to optimize task loads on an individual basis

— Recognize and propose team expansion in departments that need it

— Ensure quality output from departments by collaborating with team leads & department directors

— Create production-wide progress reports to maximize the output of strategy meetings

Qualifications

— Experience specifically within the video game industry (VR is a bonus!)

— Experience with Jira and a strong understanding of its systems (e.g. reports)

— Experience with and a strong understanding of the agile workflow (scrum)

— Experience working with teams & departments of 20+ in a production setting

— Experience working with a team that has shipped at least 1 game
