Blue Bombers Game Day Promo Crew

We are looking to hire 5 18+ energetic and fun individuals to join our Blue Bomber Game Day Promo Crew to work an activation in the stadium at each Blue Bomber home game.
Be part of the action while you get paid. You will interact with our fans throughout the game on the concourse and serve as an extended representation of the Blue Bombers brand.
Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of game day promotions and events
• Assist in setup and teardown of promotional materials and equipment
• Engage with fans and provide an exceptional game-day experience
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanour while representing the Blue Bombers brand.
• Work closely with the marketing, community, and sponsorship teams to ensure successful activation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old; prior experience in promotions or events is a plus but not required
• Must be able to work 7 out of the 10 Blue Bomber home games and be able to start 1.5 hours prior to kick-off time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sports and the Blue Bombers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
