The Analyst, Customer Analytics is responsible for supporting the business with actionable omni-channel customer insights that drive business decisions and uncover customer engagement, and revenue-generating opportunities. This position will also support business partners in their strategy planning by sharing relevant insights and analysis of customer behaviour.


KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS


  • Timely and consistent delivery of regular and ad-hoc reporting
  • Collaboration with internal partners on key processes
  • Contribution to overall Data and Analytics knowledge and methodology
  • Improvement of existing targeting processes


Key Accountabilities


Functional


  • Build and share dashboards to provide self-serve access to customer data throughout the business
  • Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them
  • Work closely with different internal teams to understand how they plan strategy to add customer lens to it
  • Deliver data-driven insights to understand customer behaviour and identify key drivers and business opportunities that support strategic business decisions across Indigo
  • Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes

Qualifications


Work Experience / Education / Certifications


  • 1 – 2 years of experience with data visualization tools – Tableau would be preferred
  • Python experience a plus
  • Working experience in campaign management, CRM or Loyalty Analytics an asset
  • Retail experience a plus
  • Moderate to advance Excel skills required
  • Web analytics experience an asset (Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics)
  • Post-secondary education in a quantitative discipline: Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science preferred
  • 1 – 2 years of SQL programming required
